Winter Bike to School Day
Friday, February 9th at 7:30am. Students who come to school via self-powered transportation (walking, biking, scootering, roller skating, snowshoeing, etc.) can meet in the cafeteria starting at 7:30 for snacks, trivia, prizes, and the chance to be on CVTV! Bundle up, enjoy the fresh crisp morning air, and reduce single-family car traffic and emissions at our school. See you there!
Open Fall Festival Committee Positions
We’re looking for 2 Committee Members to lead our Fall Festival in 2024 and beyond! This event occurs at the beginning of the school year and is a favorite of the students. The event will be a combination of an open-house and our typical fall festival activities, including a bike course, band, food trucks and more! The committee members are responsible for coordinating all vendors, securing volunteers and running the event.
Time commitment: several hours of email and coordination work in the Spring and throughout the summer/beginning of the school year, and coordination the week of the festival in September.
