The checklist here may not be exhaustive, but we hope it helps!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before July 1st: Register for <strong>bus service<\/strong> in <a href=\"https:\/\/bvsd.infinitecampus.org\/campus\/portal\/parents\/boulder.jsp\">Infinite Campus<\/a>. (Once logged in, select &#8220;More&#8221; on the left side, then &#8220;Transportation Options&#8221; on the right side, under &#8220;Quick Links.&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to Crest View classroom <strong>school supplies<\/strong> at <a href=\"https:\/\/bvsd.revtrak.net\/elementary-schools\/elementary-schools-a-f\/cve\/\">BVSD&#8217;s RevTrak<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1K7QiX2ngZFcBFDOMLJwNfpaT6rbPQQyc5Vi9dYuj3so\/edit\">This 2024 letter has details<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check <a href=\"https:\/\/bvsd.infinitecampus.org\/campus\/portal\/parents\/boulder.jsp\">Infinite Campus<\/a> for your child&#8217;s <strong>classroom assignment<\/strong>. This is typically set the Friday before school starts. Expect an email from your teacher by the first day of school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolcafe.com\/BOULDERVALLEYSD\">payment method for the lunchroom<\/a>. Firsts are free this year, but seconds cost $2.50.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log into <a href=\"https:\/\/bvsd.helpatschools.com\/schools\/7\/pages\/home?locale=en\">HelpAtSchools<\/a> to opt into the <strong>student directory<\/strong> (from account settings), and review volunteering opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register with <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.raptortech.com\/Apply\/NTk5NDplbi1VUw==\"><strong>Raptor<\/strong><\/a> so you can regularly volunteer in classrooms with kids (and get <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/reimbursement\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"112\">reimbursed by ROCV<\/a>!). Outside of line-of-sight (e.g. field trips), you&#8217;ll need to get <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/10o_23CNBI-8XPM4_yeehjvQzBHcOkr92\/view\">fingerprinted<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.google.com\/calendar\/u\/0\/embed?src=bvsd.org_779qv6m6jato3683mmrj9lrpos@group.calendar.google.com\">Crest View Elementary Google <strong>Calendar<\/strong><\/a> to your personal calendar. (Click Add Google Calendar in bottom-left to subscribe.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register for <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/zapsters\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"145\"><strong>Zapsters<\/strong><\/a> if your child can commute by walking, biking, and scootering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register with Crest View&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/mywaytogo.org\/#\/schoolpools\/join\/53f7615644c5ce000071b268\"><strong>Way to Go Schoolpool<\/strong><\/a> to find families to share your carpool, walk, or bike commute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grab some new Crest View <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/spirit-gear\/\"><strong>Spirit Gear<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/rocvshoppingrewards\">Support ROCV with your <strong>shopping<\/strong><\/a>. Connect your King Soopers account with ROCV, mention Crest View when shopping at Grandrabbit&#8217;s, or load up on clothing labels at Mabel&#8217;s Labels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get the <strong>back-to-school events<\/strong> on your calendar: <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/kinder-playdates\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"88\">Kinder Playdates<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/welcome\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"89\">Welcome Coffee<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/back-to-school-night\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"90\">Back to School Night<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/rocv.org\/fall-festival\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"91\">Fall Festival<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the <a href=\"mailto:secretary@rocv.org\">ROCV Secretary<\/a> to get onto our <strong>ROCV Families email list<\/strong>.
