Walk & Roll to School Day\u00a0+ Shoe Donation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Wednesday October 7 8:30am -8.50am<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Who:<\/strong> All Crest View students who walk, bike, bus, or carpool to school and their families.
What:<\/strong> Snacks, music, and raffle prizes! Also, please bring your new or gently used shoes to drop in the shoe donation boxes. Parents, please bring a reusable mug for coffee.
When:<\/strong> Wed Oct 7 @ 8:30am (remember school starts at 8:50 on Wednesdays)
Where:<\/strong> In front of the school by the bike racks.
Why:<\/strong> To celebrate students who take alternative green transportation to school! Studies show that students’ brains are more prepared to learn when they get exercise and fresh air.
How:<\/strong> We need parent volunteers to make this event a\u00a0success. Please sign up at Help At Schools<\/a> or email Susan<\/a> with questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crest View’s Bike to School Days are some of the students favorites. Enjoy music, snacks, and a chance to win raffle prizes! Biking to school is so much fun, keeps you healthy and our earth’s air cleaner! Let’s maintain our tradition of Crest View’s record participation in Bike to School Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crest View and BVSD have three annual celebrations of green commuting. They have different names, but usually get lumped together as “Bike To School Day.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
