Crossing Guards – Principal’s Report – Middle School Q&A – Yearbooks – Fall Festival – Community Meeting
Be a CRest View Crossing Guard
Can you help bring smiles and safety to our kids’ mornings? We’re starting a crossing guard rotation! We’re looking for ten adults to volunteer one morning per week. If you can help in any capacity, please reach out through rocv.org/crossing-guards.

Middle School Q&A
Tuesday, 3/19, 8am. Join Crest View Counselor Carl Sanchez and Centennial Middle School Principal Liz Tucker for a discussion about the transition to middle school. We’ll bring coffee and a light breakfast, you bring your questions.

- Login or if you are a returning customer or new user click “Register to create an account” and use school code: 189122M
- On the My Account page, click on Standard Yearbook.
- Add the quantity, student’s name and teacher and “add to cart.”
- Check out and pay.

- The site will ask for your shipping information, which is required, but all books will ship directly to school and distributed to classrooms in mid-May.
- Books are full color, hard cover, and $20 each.
- Deadline for orders is Friday, March 22nd.
- Please order online as we will have very few extra yearbooks for sale at the end of the year. If you missed last year’s yearbook, there are still a few copies for sale.
Open Fall Festival Committee Positions
We’re looking for 2 Committee Members to lead our Fall Festival in 2024 and beyond! This event occurs at the beginning of the school year and is a favorite of the students. The event will be a combination of an open-house and our typical fall festival activities, including a bike course, band, food trucks and more! The committee members are responsible for coordinating all vendors, securing volunteers and running the event.
Time commitment: several hours of email and coordination work in the Spring and throughout the summer/beginning of the school year, and coordination the week of the festival in September.

ROCV Community Meeting
Thursday, April 11th, 8:15-9:45. Join us for our Community Meeting for breakfast and ROCV Updates.
- Representatives from the City of Boulder will present on and answer questions regarding the 19th Street construction project.
- Principal Hamilton will lead a roundtable on school values, identity, and priorities.

ReachOut Crest View (ROCV) is Crest View Elementary School’s parent-teacher organization. It is chartered to
- raise funds to support academic enrichment, scholarship needs and capital improvements,
- provide activities and events to develop and strengthen the school community, and
- sponsor periodic forums and events for parent education on issues related to elementary education and children.
