Cougar Cash is our largest and most important fundraiser of the year.
Cougar Cash is a direct appeal to parents that requires no selling on the part of your child and no time commitment from you. Donations to Cougar Cash go directly to the school’s operating expenses, offsetting state budget shortfalls to allow Crest View to maintain classroom teaching staff where needed, enrich our students’ classrooms with technology, furniture and supplies, support our teachers, and put on fun community events for the whole family.
Our goal this year is to raise $60,000 with at least 75% of families participating in the fundraiser.
We ask each family to consider donating $200 per child to Cougar Cash. This amount equates to a contribution of less than $1 per school day. We recognize that some families won’t be able to contribute the suggested amount to the campaign, but donations at every level are deeply appreciated and strictly confidential.
ROCV is a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations are 100% tax deductible. Some employers will match charitable contributions! Please follow up with your employer to double your contribution to ROCV.
We have three great ways to donate:
- To give by credit card or bank transfer, use our PayPal Giving Fund page. PayPal Giving Fund charges zero fees, so all of your contributions go directly to the school. It’s quick, easy, and secure.
- New in 2023, we accept stock donations! We’re tax-exempt, so letting us sell your stock avoids any capital gains tax. It’s a win-win for you and Crest View. Learn more.
- Envelopes with cash or checks are accepted in the front office.
