We organize and sponsor events throughout the school year to build community and have fun with our families. Each event is coordinated by a parent-run committee. Please join us as a participant or organizer!
Kinder Playdates – Late Summer
In late summer we organize playdates on the kindergarten playground. Kids meet future classmates, new and experienced parents get acquainted, and when coordinated with staff beforehand, to step inside for a school tour.

Enjoy snacks, meet parents, get to know the ROCV team, and ask questions!
Back to School Night – Within First Few Weeks of School
Meet the principal, your students’ teachers, and tour the school.
Community Nights – THroughout the Year
On designated nights, businesses throughout Boulder give a percentage of sales from Crest View families back to ROCV. Invite another family from school to join!
Fall Festival – Early September
Our big, outdoor, fall extravaganza with many activities, entertainment, food trucks, and Spirit Gear.
Food Drives
We run fall and spring food drives to collect snacks for our Food Bag Program for Crest View families who need the help.
Grounds Cleanup
Our twice annual weekend cleanup events include weeding, pruning, apple harvesting, and anything else that needs doing.
