Zapsters is a self-powered commuting program at Crest View Elementary. When you register your student at rocv.org/zapsters, they will be given an RFID tag to scan at school when they commute by walking, biking, etc. This scan tracks their participation and allows them to win prizes. When you register, you can additionally opt in to receive email or SMS notifications when they scan, and to confirm your registration.
You can cancel the email or SMS notifications at any time. Just reply “STOP” to the text message, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or email zapsters@rocv.org with your request. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text “START” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you again.

The number of messages you will receive depends on how often your student scans their tag. You will also receive a message to confirm your registration. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
